I came into attorney mendoza's office with little hope since trying to adjust my status had already failed two times in the past but she gave me hope once more and assured me that my status could be adjusted. At first, attorney ashley ( who is not longer in the firm) was assigned to my case and she made sure I gathered all the documents and evidence needed to submit my case and she did a great job! My case was quickly accepted by USCIS . Eventually, my case was assigned to attorney Domini who have also done a great job he helped me prepared and go through a first and a second interview ,.for moments when I thought that my case could be potentially denied it just amazed how attorney Domini was always one step ahead meticulously looking over every detail. Today I can proudly say I'm a green card holder . Also big shout out for attorney Gardner who represented me in traffic courts before and of ourse he as well did a great job .

An I-130 petition was filed for me, but many years had passed, and my family wasn't sure whether the petition was approved or revoked. I came to the U.S. on a work visa and my family reached out to Gardner & Mendoza. Attorney Mendoza and her team found out that not only was the I-130 not revoked, but I was eligible to change my status to get my green card. Domini Samson and their paralegal Tiffany worked on my case, and in a little over a year, my adjustment of status case was approved. I never had to leave the U.S. to get this done, and now I am a lawful permanent resident. It was wonderful experiencing the level of professionalism that is being displayed throughout my case.

My husband and I had a great experience working with Gardner & Mendoza. Everyone who helped us with our case was polite, helpful, and went above and beyond. It was such a relief to know everything had been submitted correctly the first time. As we had questions throughout the process they were always just an email away. Definitely worth the investment for piece of mind through an otherwise stressful process.
